Maddox is obsessed with anything shaped like a ball...daddy is training him early!It's too depressing to post our latest house issues alone, so I added some adorable pics from our best friends' daughter's 1st b-day party.
First things first, after 3 months of waiting, the bank denied our final bid on Picketside. On the same day, we found out our offer on Muscovy was passed over for a higher one that had been submitted the same night. To recap, we have now put offers on 3 houses, only to have none of them work out in our favor. We didn't have another back-up ready, so the search begins again!
Back in August, Maddox's gal pal Libby turned one! The most amazing thing about it, is that Kev and Sarah went through HUGE difficulties while trying to get pregnant. To see your best friends go through such hardship is heartbreaking. Watching Libby turn one was a true testament to God's goodness!

Really a bummer about the house hunt, but there's one out there somewhere with the Hood name on it. Good luck and enjoy looking!
