No... Sponge Bob Squarepants hasn't joined the blog (even though Isaiah would be thrilled if that were true). Today I finally got around to making the crab cakes that Papaw requested when he and Meemaw moved to town!
Papaw and Meemaw celebrated Labor Day eating crabby patties with the Sharfe's and it looks like they both had a good time!

They sure were as good as they look!!!
Per Papaw's request, we had rice pilaf and cole slaw. There was also broccoli, sliced tomatoes, watermelon, beef tenderloin with horseradish sauce and home made pesto for pasta or beef. It was a feast, indeed, and the most I had cooked all week!

Yum... those crabbie patties look incredible! Uncle Gene and Auntie Aileen look great, too!!! Sure would love to give them a big ol' hug!
