Well, we were SUPPOSED to hear from the bank today, to see if they would accept or deny our offer. No such luck. By 7pm we still hadn't heard anything, so Matt called our realtor who said neither the bank or Picketside's realtor had contacted her today! At this point, we feel like we're being toyed with, so we're meeting at another house tomorrow (4230 Muscovy Ln, Batavia, OH) and writing an offer for it! I'll let ya know what happens...

Good idea! You can't continue to put your life on hold until the bank gets its act together.

Come to find out, the bank hasn't even received our offer for Picketside yet...what kind of CRAP is that? Therefore, we made an offer on Muscovy today. Fingers crossed...we're really starting to like this one better anyway!
Any word? What's Muscovy's deadline for getting back to you?
