I just got back from visiting Bee and Kim and wanted to encourage everyone else to make the trip to Children's to check in on them, too. (Bethany was very happy to see Lon and Bill last evening, by the way).
Bee is still in a good amount of discomfort and relying on pain medication pretty consistently. Her face is very swollen still so she needs to use a small whiteboard to communicate since she can't talk. She is also having a lot of trouble taking in any fluids orally because of the pain and swelling, and that is a big problem! She is using a syringe to squirt small amounts of water into her mouth but it is really hard for her to drink as much as she needs to. And if she can't drink...she can't go home!
Please continue to keep Bethany in your prayers, and maybe focus a little bit on helping her take in the fluids and nutrition she needs to heal and recover.
As you know, she is a trooper, but she could use a little extra support right now!

Come one, Super BEE, you can do it! We'll pullin' for you!
Take a little sip of water for each of your cousins and you'll be on your way! Then rest a few minutes and take a squirt more for each of your aunts and uncles!
