According to Papaw, Jeff is on the road to recovery. :-)
When Papaw called me, Jeff was sitting in a chair eating breakfast. Papaw said Jeff's nose still looks like it belongs to W. C. Fields (the surgeon accessed the tumor by going through Jeff's nasal passages and his sphenoid sinuses) but he is having less face pain today.
What is really bothering him the most is the urinary catheter (OUCH!) but hopefully that will come out soon. Since he is doing so well, the plan is for him to be moved out of the ICU later today.
Keep those thoughts and prayers coming! They're working!!
