GATEWAY GETAWAY!

Bob and I took a mini-vacation to St. Louis at the beginning of the week. The REDS Hall of Fame organized a motor coach trip to St. Louis to see our beloved REDS play the Cards. All in all, it was great fun -- even though we lost.

We were treated to a tour of Busch Stadium prior to game-time and happened to run into our good buddy Billy Hatcher in the visitors dugout! Okay, he's not really our buddy but he sure did make us feel as though we were long lost friends.

We also ran into Adam Rosales (he is super friendly!) & Jared Burton on their way to the clubhouse while we were on our tour. And we saw Homer Bailey, Carlos Fischer and Jonny Gomes on the street approaching the stadium on their way inside, too.

This was the first trip organized by the Hall of Fame, with a promise of more to come. I'd better start saving my pennies because we don't want to miss the next one!

REDS fans through and through,
Bob and Linda
