Sunday picnic...
Since we had such beautiful weather this past weekend we decided to grill out and have a picnic in the backyard on Sunday! Aunt Nikki joined us and helped fight off the mosquitos and ants! 
Maddox turned 14 months that day, and had just begun to master the sippy cup - Yay! No more bottles!
A couple come by to look at our house for the second time on Tuesday. The last offer we received was from a single girl and ended up being too low. She wasn't willing to negotiate AT ALL, so we kept our house on the market. This couple just submitted an offer last night and we are again in the negotiating stages. Keep us in your prayers as we go through the process once again...

When we were selling our house a few years ago, the first offer we got was way too low as well. We turned it down and kept waiting. It took a total of five months to sell our house but when we finally got a workable offer...we got THREE on the same day! What a shocker that was!! The offer we ultimately took allowed us to close in two weeks and we were moved out in no time flat!
