(...Hope you got my Forrest Gump reference, lol!) This morning, I participated in another short race. Lisa, one of my clients and friends, asked me to run the COCA-Nutz 5k at Lunken airfield along with her. Since 1978, the Council on Child Abuse (COCA) has been committed to and focused on the prevention of child abuse. The money that is raised helps to fund child abuse prevention programs in the community. Lisa and I also ran together in the Flying Pig Marathon.

It was good to hear from you again.Glad you're still in training for racing.I can only assume your shin splints are improving.Keep it up so you don't get as out of shape as your old Papaw. Love ya...!!!!
